I was thinking about how children depend on their parents for everything. They trust that as parents we will feed them, cloth them, protect them, take care of them, teach them, help them through life, and even explain things to them that they do not understand. Our children really trust and depend on us for everything.
That’s what our Father God wants and expect from us. He wants us to trust and depend on him for EVERYTHING. All of our needs and provision. He wants to teach us things we don’t know, and give us understanding to help us through life. God wants us to come to him as little children no matter how old we are, and his parenting skills are unmatched AND praise worthy.
